Access to the Arabela Ranch from US 70/380 at Tinnie is north on New Mexico State Highway 368 approximately nine miles to Deadman Canyon Road number E038. The western border of the Arabela Ranch is approximately one mile east of State Road 368. Lincoln County maintains Road E038 approximately ˝ mile. Thereafter, the road is privately maintained by the adjacent property owners. Road E038 forms the entire northern border of the Arabela Ranch.

Arabela Ranch is located within the heartland of mule deer rangeland. The vegetation and terrain of this limestone hill country is thriving with mule deer and is excellent habitat for many fur bearers, raptors and wildbirds. It is a wildlife sanctuary.

At several locations within the ranch are stunning views of the towering Capitan Mountain and the more distant Sacramento Mountains and Sierra Blanca. The adjacent lands are rangeland utilized for sheep and cattle grazing and are smaller privately owned parcels with limited development.
